Who is eligible?

New Customers and Existing Customers that are not on a contract / tab or Tab Small/Medium Maximum*. 

*Only Eligible plans that support Tab Medium can be had with Tab medium, some plans are limited to BYOD and others to Tab Small. There is no exception

How long is this plan available for?

There is no expiry date on the plans, however every month we only process a limited number activations to cater all customers properly. So please contact us for availability.

Can you Unlock my Phone?

We can unlock any smartphone for $20 one time fee!

Please note:​ Any device that may have a balance owing to the original carrier, must be paid, otherwise the carrier may block the IMEI # of the unit, preventing you to access any network in Canada!

Bright Plans FAQ:

1) Are there Zone Restrictions like other networks?
Answer: Absolutely no Zone Restrictions, You can use your Plan and phone anywhere in Canada. 

2) How is the network Coverage?
Answer: You have access to the best network in Canada with FULL LTE across the country on all the available LTE Bands (2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 29). 

3) Can I keep my Same phone number? 
Answer: Yes, you keep your same phone number that you have loved for so many years with all our Bright Plans.

4) Is there anything illegal with this plan? 
Answer: Absolutely nothing is illegal about these plan(s), we have these special plan prices only available through us (We are not affiliated with any other vendor or carrier/network(s) itself).

5) Will the plan(s) expire?
Answer: No, once you are setup, the plan is for you to keep for as long as you wish to. It is on a month-to-month basis, no contract, the contract would only be if you have a phone on TAB for 24 months. 

6) Who do I pay my monthly bill to?
Answer: Its your account, you own it 100%, You pay your monthly bill to Carrier like any other bill with another carrier you may have been with before, only one-time activation/setup fee is paid to us. 

7) Is there any BYOP or Family discount? 
Answer: Currently there is no further discount available for BYOP or Family Discount such as Multiple Lines, however we guide you on how to make referrals and get credits of up to $300/year per line cutting your phone bill further into half.

8) Do you have a physical store? 
Answer: No, due to high costs to setup a physical store and the internet providing us instant opportunity to connect with Canadians all across the country, therefore, we, like many others operate solely via online to operate at maximum efficiency and keep costs as low as possible.

DEVICE / TAB / Contract INFO:

Can I get a device from the carrier? 
Bright Plans Answer: Yes, On the Tab system, you simply pay the retail price of the smartphone over 24 monthly payments.
For Example: iPhone 8 64GB = $100 up Front.
Total Remaining: $504
$360/24 = $15/month.
So you would pay $40/month for the plan + $15/month for the phone + Applicable Taxes in your Province.

Therefore if you are looking for maximum savings, It is recommended to check 3rd party stores, online or website's like eBay Deals Section / Kijiji / Craigslist as the same device(s) can be purchased for 15-50% less than retail price unless currently a promotion is happening.
