How long ARE THE planS available for?There is no expiry date on the plans, however every month we only process a limited number of plans to cater all customers and complete orders in timely manner. So please contact us for availability.
How long does it take?All active and eligible orders, they are processed same day. Plan Pricing is fixed - Plans are base price as you see listed, not dependent on any monthly credits besides Multi-line Discount on eligible plans.
Plans FAQ:1) Are there Zone Restrictions like other networks?
Answer: Absolutely no Zone Restrictions, You can use your Plan and its all its features anywhere in Canada (or USA with USA Inclusive Plans or Mexico with Mexico Inclusive Plans). 2) How is the network Coverage? Answer: You have access to the best network in Canada with FULL LTE + 5G across the country on all the available LTE+5G Bands (2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 25,29, 46, 66, 71, n2, n5, n7, n29, n38, n41, n46, n66, n71, n78). 3) Can I keep my Same phone number? Answer: Yes, 100% you keep your same phone number that you have loved for so many years with all Plans, unless you are looking for a new number, then you can get a new number as well. 4) Will the plan(s) expire? Answer: No, once you are setup, the plan is for you to keep for as long as you wish to. It is on a month-to-month basis, no contract. 5) Who do I pay my monthly bill to? Answer: Its your account, you own it 100%, You pay your monthly bill to service provider directly as its your own account, like you are currently. Only the one-time plan application fee is paid to us. 6) Do you have a physical store? Answer: No, due to high costs to setup a physical store and the internet providing us instant opportunity to connect with Canadians all across the country, therefore, we, like many others operate solely via online to operate at maximum efficiency and keep costs as low as possible. DEVICE / TAB / Contract INFO:Can I get a device from the carrier?
No, These plans are only BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), therefore you must already own the device you wish to use. Phone Prices?Currently these plans are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Only. No Phones are available as you must own your own phone.
